Everything on this page — and a good deal more than we advertise — was built by a small studio working with AI in a very particular way. Not clever prompts: a set of documents that teach the model our rules, evolve themselves as we learn, and are enforced by scripts that fail loudly when something drifts.
It works on anything, not just code. We've pointed the same method at a 450-page document system, at research, at a game engine written from scratch. Most people are one well-structured file away from a completely different experience of this technology.
And if you find AI mostly irritating — the flattery, the confident nonsense, the forgetting — you're right, and that is exactly what the structure is for. We build assuming it will be wrong.
